yes, it is a complicated question. But irrespective of that, I do not believe it lowering standards. To win, we cannot bring the bar down. However, I would definitely like to see some institution attempt to correlate it to economy and then look at results.

A very basic &quot;support level&quot; for dividend payout percent level would not violate any rules of stock value if profit margins are maintained even with decreased total gross revenue(a natural outcome of a recession}. This is a complicated question.</description>
